About this website

This website is run by Dino Shand, an independent web designer and developer based in Jamaica. It describes the services I offer and gives you ways to get in touch. The information here is general and may change without notice.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry, WhatsApp message or email does not create an agreement to provide services. Prices, timelines and features described on this site are indicative only. Any project work is confirmed in a written project scope that sets out the deliverables, cost, payment schedule, revisions, third-party costs and timeline. If that scope differs from this website, the written scope applies.

Custom project payments and scope

Custom projects require a 50% deposit before development begins. The remaining payment schedule, included pages and features, content responsibilities, revisions and delivery milestones are agreed in the written project scope. Extra pages, new features, domain registration and paid third-party services are quoted separately where applicable. The monthly Starter plan follows its own agreed billing terms.

Promotions

Promotional offers, such as the reduced-cost courier website promotion, are subject to the availability, deadline and eligibility shown with the offer. Unless an offer shows a fixed price, its price is a tailored quote based on your project needs. I may decline an enquiry, or end or change a promotion for new enquiries, at any time. Quotes already confirmed in writing are honoured.

Starter website plan

Starter website plans start at US$20/month with no setup fee and a 12-month minimum term. It covers up to five pages, hosting with SSL, a contact form and WhatsApp button, and small monthly content edits. Domain registration and any other third-party costs are billed separately. Prices are stated in US dollars. Additional pages or features may change the monthly price. Your final monthly price and full plan terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Portfolio and demos

In-house demos are labelled and use sample content. Demo screenshots show examples of the work I can build. Any client projects published here are identified separately and use approved public material. Project names and trademarks belong to their owners. Linked websites and demos are run independently, and I am not responsible for their content or availability.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this website to send spam, abusive or unlawful content, submit automated or bulk enquiries, attempt to access the private admin area, or interfere with the site's security or availability. I may block or delete submissions that break these rules.

Content and ownership

The text, design and code of this website belong to Dino Shand unless stated otherwise. You may share links to it, but please do not copy or republish its content or design as your own. Ownership of work created for clients is set out in each project agreement.

No warranty

I aim to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. I do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for client projects is covered by the relevant project agreement.

Privacy

How information you send through this website is handled is explained in the privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
